How it works

Using Zapier, you can connect CartGenie to Klaviyo and set up triggers like “New Order” or “New Customer.” Each time that event happens, the Zap sends customer details, product info, and order metadata into Klaviyo, where you can use it to trigger flows or update contact profiles.

For example, you might set up a flow that sends a thank-you email after a first purchase, or a replenishment reminder 30 days after a specific product is ordered. You can also tag contacts based on what they bought or how much they spent.
