How it works

Once Monto Reviews is connected to your store, it automatically tracks customer purchases and sends review request emails based on your timing preferences. Customers can leave a review with a rating, comment, and optional photo – no login required.

You can choose where and how reviews appear using Webflow’s Designer and Monto’s embed snippets. Reviews are tied directly to products, but can also be displayed on collection pages, the homepage, or standalone testimonial sections.

The integration requires no manual syncing – order and product data behind the scenes to ensure everything stays up to date.
