How it works

After connecting your Shippo account to CartGenie, CartGenie will automatically send order and product data to Shippo for every new purchase. You’ll be able to generate shipping labels directly in your Shippo dashboard using the synced order info – including customer address, product weight, and selected shipping method.

Once a label is created, the tracking number is automatically linked back to the CartGenie order and included in customer notifications.

This seamless flow saves time, reduces shipping errors, and gives customers a smoother, more reliable post-purchase experience.
