How it works

When Stripe Link is enabled on your CartGenie store (via your Stripe account settings), eligible customers will see the option to pay using Link during checkout. If they’ve used Link before, they can verify their identity via email or phone and complete payment instantly using their saved card and shipping info.

CartGenie passes the necessary customer and order data to Stripe, and Stripe handles the rest – from authentication to payment processing. You don’t need to manage or store any of the customer’s payment data directly.
